I would like to voice my extreme pleasure with my living experience at Auston Grove. My roommate and I moved here in Sept. 04'. We absolutely LOVE it here!! We get the most compliments about our place. We never have a problem with parking. Noise can be heard when people are traveling in the stairways; otherwise, the noise level is moderate. We are on the third floor so I'm sure those in the lower levels can hear people above. Of course, that is to be expected w/ apartment living. We feel very safe living here. The staff is incredible (Chris, Chris & Sally)! They respond promptly to our concerns. Also, they are committed to getting the residents together on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, my roommate and I have only been able to attend one held at the pool. However, we had a great time and look forward to the next time we can attend! In regards to maintenance - PERFECT! Maintenance responds promptly. My roommate made a recent request for maintenance to address a couple of issues. One of them was actually a problem we were probably causing, yet Dale addressed it in a most professional way.

I wanted to make sure I spoke out on my satisfaction with Auston Grove as some of the comments on this site are extremely negative and untrue.

As a side point, please learn to spell correctly before posting comments. The carpet doesn't get dirty 'easilt'. As far as the smoke 'decators', we had someone come out recently to check ours as they do seem to be a bit sensitive. Point being - the staff addresses concerns and issues with the apartments.

I would highly recommend this place to my closest friends and family!
