I have been here since August 2004 in building 8. It is wonderful. I have had no problems. The staff members are great!! We have monthly parties that supply FREE food and drinks so we can get to know all of our neighbors.
Of course as old tenants move out and new ones move in things do change a little but nothing to compare it to the ghettos. I guess that person is not familiar with Lane Street or Chavis Heights.
I enjoy receiving the monthly memos. It keeps me in touch of what is going on at the "Grove."
