I have been living here for almost 2 years. Finally my lease is about up. The staff is great; whenever I have had a problem they come within a day to fix it.
I can truly tell that now they are letting anyone move in! The people just don't care anymore. Loud noise, people doing a "drive by" trash dump (car doing a rolling stop and they throw the trash out)!!! I have seen it all. People throwing out a black leather couch like it is nothing. Dogs barking all times of the night.
Chris, you have got to start reviewing the applicants carefully if you want the property to stay the same. It has been a great 2 years but I am so happy that I am leaving. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
