I've lived here for 4 months now and I love it. My apartment is great. Very spacious and everything works like it should. I think the rent is fair and maintenance is done promptly. The office staff is super nice as well. There are monthly "pool parties" with free food and booze, hosted by the staff that are a lot of fun. The gym is 24 hours. It doesn't have a ton of equipment but you can get an adequate workout in. The carwashing bay is a nice touch too. My building is very quiet. I haven't been bothered by ANY neighbor noise yet. I'm sure this varies greatly by building and what floor you are on though. Parking is plentiful and well lit around my building. I think this is a very safe and friendly neighborhood.

With every neighborhood you are going to have inconsiderate neighbors. While I dont have a problem with noise I do have neighbors who let their pets do their business wherever they please. Theres often a new "landmine" or dead grass spot out in front of the building daily. I feel sorry for the guy with the 1st floor patio who has to smell it constantly. It seems that people like to take up more than one parking spot a lot too.

So all-in-all I have very few complaints. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
