I've lived at Auston Grove for 1.5 years and have few complaints. The property is well-maintained except for the occasional land-mine from lazy dog owners who refuse to pick up after their pets. I would like to see this change, but since there seems to be "doggie pots" near all the buildings I don't see what else can be done. If dog owners can't clean up after their pets, they shouldn't have a pet. The price of the apartments is a little high (close to $700 for a 1 bedroom), but I've received great customer service since I've lived here. Everyone in the office knows me by name when I go to the office and the maintenance guys are awesome!!

I do hear my neighbors from time to time - but I'm in an apartment. There are apartments above me and behind me so considering this it isn't bad. It is definitely better than the last 3 apartments I've been in that's for sure.

Overall I like Auston Grove a lot and will most likely renew my lease.
