I'm a teacher and they give a (tiny) discount here. Been here over 6 months now and very happy with the experience thus far. Yes, you can hear your neighbors every once and a while, but let's face it that is a price of apartment living. Everything is kept clean, the office staff knows me by name. They have parties for residents every once and a while. Maintenance fixes things quickly. Parking has never ever been a problem for me, but I am in a nice little nook on the property that is usually pretty open. Other areas are a bit more crowded but that's probably because they are near the 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and thus those families probably have more than 1 car. The only things I don't like about Auston Grove is that there is only 1 spot for the mailboxes and only 1 spot for the dumpster. I live on the complete opposite end from the dumpster and getting my trash over there is a pain. But if that is all I have to complain about, I think that's ok. I would recommend it.
