I wish some of the individual tenants treated their apartment as they would a home. Some tenants leave trash outside their apartments overnight while others throw cardboard in the regular trash dumpsters. These tenants are too lazy to go to the green dumpster that is speficially set aside for cardboard recycling.
Management cannot babysit tenants all day long--these people should take pride in where they live!
