I moved into Gresham Park in 1/02. I have had a great stay so far. It's a quiet apartment complex in a very safe neighborhood located in north raleigh.
The apartment complex is very new, and the appliances are really nice. I haven't had many problems since I been here (except for noisy construction when I first moved in, but now its completed).
Maintenance seems ok, but I only had to call them once when I first moved in to fix the heater. They came right away and fixed it.
The rental agency seems nice. They've changed over a few times since I've been here, but nothing drastic.
Overall I would highly recommed it.
