I've lived at Gresham Park for almost 1 1/2 years. Originally, I moved in because of the spacious floor plan and the newness of the property. From living here, I've found that the management staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and mowed. The location is great...close to Capital and Falls of Neuse. The only downfall I have found is that the air conditioning blows very loud and occasionally I hear traffic on 540. Other than those minor irritations, this property is the best apartment I've lived in.
