Ms. Brenda and Ms. Chant?e was very helpful in my move from Oklahoma to Raleigh, NC. I received a Federal Job transfer and all I had to do was pay my money to move into the apartment and start the work the following week. Ms. Brenda just made my move so easy she faxed me the apartment application and I faxed it back to her and she had given me all the utilities number, so I can have eveything turned on before I had gotten to North Carolina. I even had the chance to select my apartment view whether a parking lot, pool, or clubhouse view. I have been living at Gresham Park for 8 months now and soon to approach 1 month lease in April 2004. Maintenance is very well kept and they are normally out if not the same day or within 24hrs and I have never had a problem. The staff is very friendly and always put a smile on anyone face. It is really quiet here and no crime living in this apt complex.You're away from all the major highways so traffic noise is low since I been living here. The one bedroom are really huge and lots of closet space which I like. This is definitely the place to be!!
