The way apartments should be..

Finding a decent apartment in Raleigh is very hard to do! Especially if you want a reasonable price. Luckily we came across Gresham Park Apartments.
In summer 2003, we met with Brenda and Michelle. They were very friendly and they showed us the 1 & 2 bedroom models. After our visit, we promptly received a hand-written thank you card in the mail. They even addressed our 2 cats, which are like babies to us.
We kept touch with them until December 2003, which is when we signed our lease. We moved in to a 2 bedroom apt. right after Christmas.
Our experience at Gresham has been wonderful so far! Everyone is extremely sincere in the staff, and the property feels very safe and secure. Our apartment is very spacious and it really feels like a home should feel.
A big topic with apartment reviews seems to be the noise level. Gresham is pretty quiet in general. I-540 is nearby, but I rarely ever hear the traffic. We do have a few noisy neighbors who also leave lots of trash in the hallways. Brenda and Chante have been very professional about dealing with the situations.
Things like that can't always be prevented. Thats part of living in an apartment. So I think its pretty good.
So let me mention price. Many apartments in Raleigh are poorly managed, dirty, unsafe, etc... And people are forced to accept that in order to get a good price.
But Gresham's prices are pretty good, and we get 100% EXCELLENT service from the staff, plus a great property. That's very hard to come by! If you're going to rent, you deserve the best for your money.
I highly recommend Gresham! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
