I love living at Gresham Park! The staff is so nice and they even call me if I have a package at the office if it's been there for a couple of days or they send me a note. Maintenance takes care of things the same day usually and they come in and change my filter on a routine basis. The grounds are mowed weekly and the property is beautiful. The layout of my apartment is great and the intrusion alarm makes me feel more secure. I will definitely continue to live here until I buy a house or have to relocate! :)
