Nice size/layout, but RUDE and UNCARING management

Once you sign the lease, the welcoming smiles and hospitable attitudes is nonexistent. All they want and care about is your money$$$$, they are very unfriendly and rude and display poor customer service skills. They claim to have "simply superior service", but I have not seen that level of service since I've been here (6 mos.) They have been working on I540 since I've moved here (which was supposed to be done in March) which brings about traffic delays and lots of noise. I have seen some spiders. Other than that, the apartment layout is great and the appliances are new/updated.
