I recently left this place. When I first moved here it was beautiful. The grounds where nice, the people where great and the management where very professional. Fast forward 3 years later. The neighbors and nasty and the overall environment has gotten "ghetto". Not to mention the management is so much worse off. If you enjoy waking up one morning with a roach on your neck, this place is for you. Otherwise I would run far far away.


I was afraid of living there. I didn't feel comfortable walking my dog because they were suspicious people hanging around the apartment parking lot smoking weed and wasn't sure what their motives were.

Noise - If you enjoy coming home from work and listening to kids playing in the breezeway screaming and basketballs bouncing on your front door, then you'll love this place. Also don't forget the one morning you can sleep in and your neighbor decides to play their music extremely loud that you actually hear the words to the song. A lot of this has to do with the thinness of the walls.

Construction - The overall look to the apartment is nice, but beware of the 1 bedroom apts. The closet is always falling off the track and is just a piece of crap. Prepare for no closet.
I do have to admit the a/c / heat does work wonders though.


So unless they get some mass army of bug killers, thick walls, better closets, and professional management, this place is going to hell.

I agree with you on this also... The kids are so annoying and will not listen they back talk more then they should no respect. Where did you move i'll join yea!
