IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET ANY SLEEP, WANT TO HEAR DOMESTIC DISTURBANCES, LISTEN TO LOAD BLARING MUSIC NOT ONLY BY NEIGHBORS BUT BY CARS SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT THEN DEFINITELY PICK THIS APARTMENT!!! HOWEVER DO BE AWARE THAT KIDS WILL PLAY BETWEEN CARS, SET OFF CAR ALAMRS, AND NOTHING IS DONE! OH AND THE MAJOR SUPRISE IS THAT IF THE GATE FALLS ON YOU CAR... BETTER BE READY TO PAY... IF YOU SIGN THAT AGREEMENT.. THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU CAN'T SUE ... I HOPE YOU HAVE MONEY!!!
On the plus side the current maintenance guy is the BEST!!! Repairs are done on time and with high quality. Over the 7 years at these apartments all I can say on this is FINALLY!! there is a maintenace guy who knows what he is doing and is very friendly. The current predictament has no manager again... that is a downfall because this is the 6th manager I think I have gone through. However, Grace the current assistant manager is great and she really cares! Thankfully for that...
All I can say is BEWARE!!!!
