Ok, I'm not sure where to start. The Management is the most uncaring horrible, sneaky group we have had yet. The Gate, not for any security, then what' I too could not get a gate key because I refused to sign the agreement. We pay enough to live in this slum, so why should we as tenants be responsible for the gate that we didn't ask for, which serves NO logical purpose, be liable for it if it malfunctions and damages our vehicles. So we are not only going to have to pay for our cars, but the gate too. Kids are terrible. Unsupervised, running crazy, damaging the property of the residents who pay a pretty penny to live here, but the community properties to. This place was nice when Drucker and Faulk had it, but now it is a over priced slum. And we have the top of the uncaring slum lords. Walking through the grass around the property, is like walking through a mine field of dog poop. Do they inforce the clean after your Pet' NO! This place has become a joke. Drug deals, used condoms, trash in halls, loud music, stomping up and down the stairs all hours of the night, and the management refuses to take a part in what is really needed for this community. Would i recommend this place to a friend' NO! Not even to my worst enemy. Kenney Property, It is time for you to look out for your tenants. You know the ones that have never had a complaint, but had to make a hundred, you know the ones who have never been late on the rent, and been here for years & years, unlike the ones that move in for the free rent tear up the apartment, then leave owing. Yeah you know what I'm talking about, don't you Kenney Properties. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to move. Or your kids will be like the ones here, heading to juvi, by the time they are 10. Or you'll just be stuck here and miserable like the rest of us that work hard for what we have to be robbed and betrayed by Kenney Property!
