This place is not a safe or resident-friendly complex. After two years, I couldn't take it any more and had to leave. The management is not proactive and the maintenance staff is incapable of repairing things properly.

The maintenance staff leaves messes behind when they are "finished" (in quotes because the job is never done completely or correct). The office staff is young, immature, and unresponsive. Complaints (whether it is about noise, parking, maintenance, etc.) do not get handled quickly, if not totally ignored.

The rent price is totally unreasonable, especially since there are not many amnemities. They wanted to raise our rent $50, but I refuse to pay over $600 for a dump like that. It's barely worth the $560 we were paying before.

The clubhouse is nothing exciting and the fitness are is decent. The pool is a fair size with plenty of chairs to lay-out on.

The only real positive is the free hot water - which, by the way, you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for. Yep! That's how long it takes for hot water to reach your apartment.
