Of the 10 complexes I called, Autumn Ridge was the *only* place that treated me with courtesy and enthusiasm. From the beginning of my application process to the end of my move, I was treated with respect and given honest answers to ALL of my questions. They took the time to make me feel appreciated, and continue to do so.

The apartment itself is lovely. The bathrooms are gorgeous, and I can take as many hot showers as I want. I was amazed to learn that my carpet was 2 years old, it feels and looks brand new. I have more than enough room for everything, and plenty of storage space. The cabinetry in the kitchen is an especially nice touch, as are the well maintained appliances that came with the unit. The grounds are stunning. I have *never* seen trash anywhere on the property ever. You can tell the maintenance crew and residents take pride in the image of the community. The parking lots are very well lit, with plenty of spaces for residents and guests. The sparking pool has plenty of room for sun worshippers, and the 24 hour fitness center goes beyond apartment complex expectations. Once of my favourite perks of this location is the landscaping. I come home from a 9 hour day, the moment I turn onto my street the noise of the city fades and all I can focus on is how pretty the complex is. Neighbors are all very friendly and polite, I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Between the location, ammenities, community, and most importantly the staff, I do not forsee myself leaving Autumn Ridge when my lease is up. It really does feel like home, because the people who work and live here make it that way.
