I agree with the other positive reviewer.

Since moving to Raleigh (August 2003) from out of town, I have had nothing but pleasant, helpful, and professional experiences from the office staff. The location is excellent, with quick and easy access to stores, restaurants, gyms, entertainment, and RTP.

I never needed maintenance in my place, but the office frequently sent out notices for maintenace contact information and when scheduled events would take place.

With any apartment complex, you will have noise levels or an odd situation above what you'd expect from a private, residential community. But for the price, I'd be surprised if you could find a better experience from another apartment, rental complex.

The person who posted this is obviously employed by the propery. I lived at this property for two years and promise you that nothing about this post is true. The only thing remotely truthful about this post is the location. This complex is in a good location - not excellent though.

I am not employed by Autumn Ridge and have lived here for three years. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and so isn't the maintenance staff.
