Lived here for 2 years.

Live on the first floor.

When I moved in, my upstairs neighbor was very quiet.

That changed quickly after she moved out.

Now I have a young college student who is very noisy and has a pitt bull despite the no pitt bull policy.

The dog barks constantly when the owners are not around and you can hear him running around the apartment.

We've complained many times about the noise with little response.

Had a millepede infestation the first summer we moved in.

This will be the end of my first floor apartment living.

Wooded area behind apartment brings lots of mosquitos and other creatures around porch and windows.

Poorly insulated windows, doors.

Our dishwasher was broken and after unsuccessfully fixing it 3 times, they replaced it with a brand new diswasher.

Maintenance will come into your apartment about twice a year for maintenance checks and give only a few hours notice.

This is a big problem since we have a dog.

I've taken off work a few times because I don't really trust them coming into my apartment alone.

The maintenance is very nice, but not very bright.

They left a circular saw outside of the laundry room one night and there are lots of kids around.

Anyone of them could have gotten hurt.

There seem to police patroling the area quite often although we've never had any safety problems with our building or cars
