Lots of people hanging out ALOT

My biggest complaint is the amount of activity in the neighborhood. Kids, parents, teens, everyone and their momma is out and loud and they hang out alot, fixing cars, smoking and listening to music. My suggestions: 1. Get a top floor apt. so you don't hear the people upstairs getting their grove on. 2. Go see the complex at night - especially during weekend if possible. Trust me...it is an eye-opening experience.
