I'm not real sure what to say any more. When I first moved here, everything seemed fine, even though the rent is a bit too high for what you get, and so are the utilities. The staff is courteous, everything's been clean, and so forth. But, if someone noisy moves in next to you...which is what's happened to me...you're in for a rough ride. I only hope these people move out soon before I die of lack of sleep. I've tried calling the courtesy officer who supposedly lives here and is on call at all times, but I don't think they really exist, because they never answer. I've tried reporting the noise problem to the management and they promise to take care of it, but nothing ever really changes. I think they just say whatever they think I want to hear in order to get rid of me, rather than taking action. Whoever lives upstairs thinks it is perfectly okay to blast their music at 3AM, and on top of that, they constantly run around like a hamster in a wheel. IT NEVER STOPS. They are always running through the apartment, banging and slamming and stomping. And since they apparently never sleep, they think no one else does either. So basically, the apartment and facilities are eh-okay, but when it comes to dealing with problems, I have to say I'm not impressed.
