I have been here about 5 years. No major problems really. When the new management took over there was a ton of hot water problems that they refused to reimburse us for. I wish they would screen the new people a little better. Some of the people they are letting in are not very considerate and there is no-one that checks on these things on a daily or even a weekly basis. I wish they would send out a survey and ask us tenants how we felt. Maybe they are afraid to, I don't know. Courtesy officers are gone as far as I can tell. That was a very nice benefit. The only real issue I have is my balcony. I have asked numerous times for it to be fixed and they have not. Other than that, it is ok if the rent does not get raised. The one bedroom I am in is not worth one more penny than what I am paying.

With the terrible experiences I have had here at Autumn Ridge, it is hard to believe that you are so happy here.
