I feel your pain. When you do move out, don't go to Cumberland Cove. I've had my dishwasher repaired 5x and the new property manager informed me that my detergent isn't good enough (TARGET brand). I'm to try CASCADE. Slum lords.

My other comment is, if there is unnecessary noise, either above you or below you, call the courtesy officer on duty, or the Raleigh Police Dept. That's what they're there for!
