I THOUGHT THAT THIS APARTMENT WAS OK FOR A WHILE UNTIL I HAD TWO FLOODS IN IT.

THE ROOF WAS LEAKING CARPET AND WALLS WERE DAMAGED AND THE STAFF THERE DID NOT WANT TO MOVE ME INTO ANOTHER UNIT UNTIL THREE WEEKS LATER.

I HAD ANOTHER FLOOD IN THE NEW UNIT (NEITHER WERE MY FAULT) ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.

That scares me to know that. The last complex I lived before here, the pipes in the apt above us broke twice, flooded the place, and caused mold to grow. :(
