I've lived here a year and have been very comfortable here.

The staff is very friendly and all of my maintenance requests have been completed in 24 hours or less.

Neighbors are very friendly but if they are loud you can hear them through the walls.

Overall I feel very safe and have loved living here.

As for the noise, my problem is with the large dog above me who gallops across the floor chasing a toy and who howls when his owner goes out. The office sent a letter about the "galloping" but this howling just started and I'll report it if there is a next time.
