I've lived here for two years now.

I got a 2 bedroom 1 bath floor plan with a W/D, and for the original money ($635/month) It was a pretty good deal.

Like any other apartment complex the price has creeped up by $20 every year so it becomes less of a steal.

I live on the very corner of the complex and only have neighbors on two sides, both of which are quiet.

I did get the bulldozers for a year and a half, which was slightly annoying.

Maintenance is average- generally a 2 day time to get someone out here, but most of the problems haven't been major.

Really, the buildings and neighborhood seem fine, it's just luck of the draw if you get good neighbors or not.

I will say that, despite having my backyard as the woods and living on the ground floor I'm not afraid of leaving my door unlocked and going out to work on my car or leaving my windows open all day at work.
