I have lived in Autumn Ridge for over two years and my lease is about to come up again.

I like my apt because it's not on a ground floor and I haven't had to worry about drainage problems as I have heard people complain about in the past.

Also, I have tended to leave windows open during times I'm not at home and I like that.

Most of the staff in the past have responded to work orders.

But there are times I've had to call more than once to check when someone was planning to look at my apt.

So maybe I just worried them enough until they did it, who knows.

Now, I've noticed that my rent is going up, as it did last year.

But there are no incentives on the first month of a renewal.

I don't think thats right for regular past tenant.

I hate having to start all over again with a new property management staff, but I guess I will have to just ride them to get things done just as I did with their predecessors.

I try not to complain too much.

I used to live in NYC so in some way Autumn Ridge could be considered the Ritz.
