After reading some of the reviews, I need to write, also. I have lived here over a year, and have found it to be quiet, friendly, and clean. I have used the laundry facilities, pool, gym, and computer center. I have communicated very effectively with the management team on many matters and the maintenance has been extremely efficient. Maybe the tenants need to look at themselves and try to resolve issues instead of living here for 2 years in misery. I did extensive comparison shopping when I moved to North Carolina, and Autumn Ridge was the most economical and offered the most fringe benefits of ANY apartment complex I checked in Raleigh (I checked 22!) If you are not happy here, you have the option to move.

OBVIOUSLY the person that wrote this review works for Autumn Ridge. I've lived here for 5 years and over the past year the place has gone to hell. The apartment i'm in now is extremely old. The floors squeak above and below me. There is never hot water in the middle of winter. The excuse of the boiler is broken is always the excuse I get.The girl above me took a bath and flooded my bathroom. After this lease is up I will exercise my right to move because it has gotten down right terrible to pay the price I pay for rent to live in ghetto apartments.
