The apartments are falling apart, appliances are older than i am, balcony railing is unsafe (don't move to the 3rd floor if you have a kid), no playground, parking is horrible, and there have been several break-ins. The pool has opened late for the last 2 years. This year they didn't open it until the end of June and no one reimbursed us! The new management has no idea what they're doing, either. I've done more work for these apartments than they have. Unless you want to be overcharged for subpar living, I wouldn't move here. When my lease is up, I'm moving out.

I hear ya. I moved out last year and still have not received my security deposit. I went into the office to let them know, and have still not received it. The staff are incompetent and rude and do nothing to keep residents living there. Move out, but don't expect to get your security deposit back.
