I cannot wait for this year to be over. There have been at least a total of 25 days so far that we have not had water at all, about 3-4 weeks in which we have not had hot water and their only reply is "we've called someone", and oh yeah did i mention that our power went out in the middle of the summer almost nightly only to have our transformer blow up in the middle of the night and have to go running before the building went too. On top of all of that the parking sucks and the maintenance people are completely incompitent.

That is a little rough. The hot water has always been a problem and I have been here for 5 years. That is why we do not pay for it. Parking is a problem, but that is because people who are visiting are rude and take the spots that people pay rent for. It is the responsiblity of the tenant NOT to let visitors take rent payers parking spots. I have put a note on a windshield before stating "if you do not pay rent here, please do not park here".

I would rather pay for my hot water and have the unit in my apartment than to wake up 3 weeks in a row and not be able to take a shower! Not to mention I was in the same building with this person in which the transformer blew up at 3 am just below a tree that overhung one of the walk ways, so that is not a lie. We had to call the fire department and wait outside for over an hour before we were sure that the building wasn't going to go up.
