We have been here since May and have had no problems. Very pleased with the condition of our apartment and appliances. The only thing that was ridiculous was the washer and dryer rented from them. We quickly bought our own. The pool was open BEFORE memorial day weekend (the scheduled time) this year.

What was so ridiculous about the washer/dryer? I only ask because I'm renting from them too & am just curious.
