Simple. If you like hot water, this place is NOT for you. I have lived here for about 4 months and have put in a request each month for something to happen. The staff in the office seems nice enough; however, if I'm still not getting any hot water...obviously there is a problem. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SIGN SOMEWHERE ELSE. Also parking in my area is a total b*tch if you are ever coming home after about 8. Be prepared to walk about 3-4 buildings down. The mail carrier seems to come after 5pm. Earlier this year I had bad cockroach problem. About 1 a week. Generally coming in through the drains. YUM! Nothing like cooking dinner and seeing that in your sink. At one point they had hired painters for the patios. They hung around all day and night on my patio and brought their kids too! Talk about unsafe. All-in-all this place is just horrible. Ask around to other customers before you sign the lease.

YES THEY HAVE A BIG ---- ROACH PROBLEM I MOVED OUT BECAUSE OF IT AND I AM A VERY VERY CLEAN TIDY PERSON, ALSO THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS ALL NIGHT LONG.
