Wow! I woke up this past Tuesday morning without any hot water! This has been my first experience without hot water! Yeah they painted the building and that was all! They just slapped some paint over mess! Didn't do anything to the structure at all! I have been here since Aug 2008 and it has been a bad experience since day one! When I moved in they didn't want me to see the apartment the day before I moved in, said it wasn't finished! They totally lied because the apartment was filthy! The carpet had spots on it!(I came over with my furniture the same time I got the keys and pretty much had no where to go but here). At the Rent.com website they talk about this awesome customer service! I haven't recieved it yet. They showed me the model and I fell in love with the floor plan, remodeled version. I supposedly got a remodel apartment! I have a 1970 stove and dishwasher! I would hate to see what the ones that are not remodeled look like! The same day that I moved in, I noticed the railing on the balcony is missing screws (at the second floor breezeway and at the railing right in front of my apartment) so if you lean on the balcony you just may fall down 2 flights of stairs to the hard payment. Called to report this several times but nothing! The stairwells are filthy! They have a groundskeeper but he never cleans the stairwells! I have seen him going through the trash at the mail center! So watch what you put in the trash at the mail center (identity theft)! This is my worst renting experience ever! I am leaving at the end of my lease and I expect to get every penny of my deposit back! This was a total rip off. Parking is aweful!

About getting your deposit back... Don't hold your breath. I was told many times that I would be getting mine back, even the day I moved out. Almost 3 months later & nothing. They were supposed to call me about this 2 weeks ago but I still haven't heard from them. & they expect me to pay them more money on top of that?? They're crazy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone either. I've been waiting to hear about my deposit before I write a review but I'm done waiting. Rip off!
