This place is horrible. You have to run the hot water for at least ten minutes before it warms up. The floor boards creek and you and hear everything that the people in the apartment above you does. The apartment managers treat you like crap when you put in a request for something to be fixed and they expect you to pay for it when it clearly states in your lease that the complex provides all repairs and upkeep as long as you keep the property clean. They also do not send notices when its time to renew your lease and expect you to pay extra money for their mistakes. This place is horrible and old. When I went to renew my lease they told me that my rent would be going up $20! That is crazy. I was not going to pay that much money for that small apartment. Do not live here!!!! I feel your pain. I am currently living here and I was just told by Brandy in the office that I am the FIRST PERSON TO EVER MENTION the hot water issue. Ugh....so unprofessional and annoying!

I was told the other day that the whole complex is having the water problem and they are trying to fix it but cant do anything . this place is a dump
