If you like Hot water do not move here. it takes up to 15 minutes every morning to get the water to become hot. the floor boards are aweful I can hear myself walk . The appliances are ancient and if you want new ones you have to pay for them. The girls in the office are great. The walkways to the apts are deathtraps when they get wet- like ice. No one cleans up after their dogs, I can not wait to get out of there. the office said there is nothing they can do about the hot water. DO NOT MOVE HERE> Move across the street to the POINTE AT CRABTREE.
