Autumn Ridge is a mid 1980's apartment complex. Most of it is maintained to a reasonable standard but not a pristine standard. Landscaping is well kept near the office and pool. Landscaping is older and established at the units and maintained to a reasonable standard. Trees are full grown and establshed. It is not amenity rich like newer apartments. Parking is generally adequate. Some units have more generous close parking than others. With some units, the close parking at night is full or nearly full. However, spaces are always available nearby. Some complexes, even new ones, have serious deficiencies where you can't find a space anywhere at night. This is not one of them. Visit a complex at night when everyone is home to see. It has a swimming pool, very small exercise room and a single tennis court. Apartments of this age require some maintenance repairs from time-to-time that newer apartments don't need. Staff responds reasonably to maintenance requests. Getting a complete repair may require a second request and some reasonable patience. An advantage, though, is that it has units with floor space, vaulted ceilings and real wood-burning fireplaces that you can't get in newer apartments. All water and the heating of the hot water is included in the rent. The units are all electric. If your unit has a balcony or porch facing satellites, you can subscribe to satellite television with the dish fully contained within your private space on the balcony or porch. Otherwise, cable or an antenna are your only options for television. A few residents don't pick up their pet feces from the grass and another few leave trash outside their doors. Occaisionally, a few residents are noisy. However, it is against the apartment complex rules and the staff generally responds to resolving those issues although it may take a little time. Overall, a reasonable place to live. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
