I researched this apartment complex pretty thoroughly and was pleased with my decision to live at Autumn River. I have been a bit put off by Greg's demeanor, which is a little arrogant, sarcastic & condescending. However, I was prepared to rise above it since the rest of the staff is considerate and service oriented. I requested Greg make a change in the style of apartment and move-in date he had arranged for us. While we were finishing our conversation, he began talking to another prospective tenant and rudely cut me off. I definitely had the impression I was bothering him.

Several weeks later, I called to check and see if they'd received a notice for the apartment I was waiting for. I was told that the change I'd requested was not made. Though the change was eventually made, the way it was handled left some doubts about how this group managed their administrative duties and communications. This is the type of service and miscommunication I'd experienced at another apartment community. I've decided, this time, to trust my intuition. I'm sure this is a very nice property and I'd probably be very happy there, but I'm not willing to risk it. It might be helpful for Greg to look at how he presents himself to potential residents. I'm sure he doesn't intend to offend or to discourage people from living on his property, however his attitude definitely sends a negative message. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
