My experience thus far has been a good one. I moved in August 2003, and the staff was always helpful. They also always remembered me, by face and by name. However, the staff has just transitioned, as another company bought the property. It is like starting over, as I am a stranger now! The new people have been OK and accomodating, though.

Maintenance has always been taken care of regularly. I have never had a complaint that wasn't dealt with promptly. Also, I like the atmosphere. I don't see my neighbors, which is a negative, but the apartment events that I have attended have been fun. My only real complaint is that I have occasional noisy neighbors, but they always quiet down when I ask (and to some extent, you must realize it is an apartment).

The staff has also been really nice concerning cats and smaller animals. Rent is reasonable. I would definitely recommend living here!
