My wife and I lived at Autumn River for over two years. The only reason we left was to buy a house. There is nothing bad about Autumn River. Jane and Brian are the management team and do a fantastic job. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The apartment layout is central not one long boxed hall going to the bedrooms. This is the quietest place in Raleigh to leave. You feel like you are the only one living at these apartments. If you are a person looking for peace and quiet this is the place for you. Truthfully, it was very hard to leave this place even though we bought a great house in north Raleigh. My wife cried as we took the final walk through the day we turned in the keys. That is how good this place is. If you are respectiful, quiet and can live with the stero / tv turned down low you will love this place. If you are looking for a party pad try most other apartment communities in Raleigh. Jane and Brian run a tight ship and all of us have lived a wonderful life because of it.
