I am growing very attached to Autumn River. It's been a year and I've been loving it. The staff is great, very helpful. But, the thing about increasing the rates when renewing is somewhat true. I was charged $100 when renewing, which makes the lease higher than surrounding apartment complexes. I don't understand this yet. I will probably move out if this happens next year when i renew. Overall it's a great place for people that love a serene lifestyle. Happy hunting!
