I've lived at Autumn River for over 2 years. This place is fantastic....large apartments, very energy efficient, beautiful pool, nice gym, friendly people, GREAT location. Maintenance has always taken care of my requests the same day, no matter how trivial. The management/staff are VERY nice. I couldn't recommend a better apartment complex, and I'm a pretty discriminating person when it comes to where I live! I have a 2BR unit with an attached garage, and it is wonderful. Lots of nice details - real tile in showers and kitchen backsplash, 10 ft ceilings, crown molding, high vanities in all bathrooms, Whirlpool appliances, BIG room for my washer/dryer, etc. My unit is on the 2nd floor, so I do sometimes hear the people on the 3rd floor if they do something really loud, but it is usually very quiet. I am buying a house, and that is the ONLY reason I am moving out. There are some features in my apartment that I wish were going to be in my house!
