Have been reading the reviews... We have lived here 2 years and have had more than a good experience. Have lived in several complexes and this one is by far the best.
Did the renewers ask if there was a better rate they could be given' When we renewed last year our increase was cut in half purely because we asked...
The maintenance staff is always FAST! The office staff and manager have always been responsive, professional and competent.
Don't know what people expect - can't understand the complaints, never have had one... Very pet friendly and even have designated dog walking areas with "bags" supplied.
We rent a detached garage - they have even replaced the bulb in the garage overhead light when it went out...
