I've only been here a short time, but I'm very happy with it so far. The one-bedroom apartments are amazingly spacious and the extra half-bath is a great feature. The other residents I have met all seem very nice and professional. Lots of dogs everywhere and most people are good about picking up after them. My apartment is brand new, so there were a couple of minor maintenance issues to fix. The maintenance staff has come immediately to fix any problems I've had and they've been professional and friendly. The landscaping needs to grow in, but it should look nice soon.
