Do NOT choose this community. Management is a horrible woman who never does anything but sit on her ass and lie to your face. I have been asking for resolution to parking problems since June. Everytime I ask, I am told she's "working on it" - LIE. There are boats and covered cars that don't belong to people in my bldg., parked by my bldg. when they shouldn't be. Management is totally useless and has made no effort to get the vehicles moved, even though they claim the vehicles need to be moved. Saying something is worthless if you don't get off your ass and do something about it. Management here does NOTHING. THEY DO NOT GIVE A ---- ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS, THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU LIKE IT HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE AN EASY ISSUE TO RESOLVE - THEY IGNORE ALL PROBLEMS EQUALLY. There are MANY apartments within 1 mile of here, any of them are better than this hellhole. Oh yeah and TWO CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO IN THE PAST WEEK - THERE IS NO SECURITY SYSTEM HERE! Both cars are located just in the two bldgs. near me. They stole all kinds of stuff out of a tenet's van. No idea how many cars have been broken into in the rest of the complex.
