I lived here for 2 and 1/2 years. At the beginning it was great, however now the new management are a group of Nazis. THe property manager conducts random, unannounced searches (which are blantaly prohibitted in North Carolina and hence criminal trespass) when you are away. The management lies, is deceitful and doesnt give a rats you know what about the tenants. Furthermore, undesirables have recently moved in, and chances are management is trying to receive the HUD check crowd. Crime rates are on the rise. Beware and avoid this sinking ship.

What a sorehead! Probably late paying the rent and got kicked out.
