The walls are very thin, you can hear every coinversation. Pam was great but they've dumped her for this new uncaring woman. Rent is over-inflated for what I'm getting. A mortgage would be cheaper! And there are no services that they offer. It was a mistake to move here. My unit is for sale at a whopping $185,000 for 1260 sq.ft. I would buy but is so cheaply made I'll pass. Can't wait for my lease to be up. I am outta there!
Oh, and this is not a great area to live with all the crime. It's just overpriced because it's Brier Creek. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

The mysterious "uncaring woman" is no longer a part of the office team at Avera Place. A new management team took over at Avera back in July 2006 - this review reflects the previous management company. The construction is not cheap or done poorly -- hearing your neighbors at times is just part of apartment living.
