I am moving in Avera Place in December. It seemed really nice. Are there problems I should know about and confront the owner with before I sign anything' Thanks for your help.

How dumb are you? If you only have a question and have yet to have an experience with this community - why give them a horrible rating? Also, there is more than one owner. The community has been bought out and has many different investors. You don't meet with the owner when you sign your paperwork, you meet with the leasing staff. Do your research!

What a rude response. I don't think it's very constructive to blast a person regardless of what level of homework you think they should have done. I have been a resident now for 2.5 years. I can tell you, save yourself a lot of agaony and move out or get out of the lease before you sign it.
