I am thinking about moving to avera place and was reading some of the comments that was made. I just have one question are there mice or not'

Yes, there are mice. There are major foundation problems in the one story apartments.

I don't have mice. But, that is probably because there are snakes...I have even found them in my living room and kitchen in the middle of the day. Mice are horrifying...but, not dangerous like a snake!!!!

SNAKES???? Are you in a villa or the condos? Are you in the back (directly in front of the woods)? How did the snakes get in? Were doors left open or are there opening to allow the snakes in. I am seriously considering buying one of the villas but mice and snales are two BIG no-nos for me!
