I like the location. Close to shopping and RTP. I'd have liked the staff to point out my building had handicapped units as well as standard units. When I was looking, I noticed the units did have some differences in the appliances. It wasn't until I took possession, that I noticed the cabnets were lower in the kitchen as well. Not a big issue as the unit is still useable. But I'd have opted for the standard unit, as the lower cabnets are causing counter top storage problems. Overall the value for the sq ft and location, can't be beat. The units are spacious, but they trade off a balcony for that space. At 1000 sq ft you have a sun room that can double as a temporary bed room. Also these 1 BR units actually have 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Which is nice for guests. The staff is generally helpful and quick to respond to any issues. Overall, I like this place.
